Complementary Therapy & Therapeutic Musings

Daily thoughts and observations of a hypnotherapist with a bit of reiki, EFT and nutrition thrown in for good measure. All the stuff I haven't got room for, or Sharon won't let me publish, on our main website. There are lots of RSS and URL links to other sites I think you'll find of interest - do ask me if you have any questions, especially from the nutrition and therapy links.

Please note, internet trolls have taken our old .com url and even cut and pasted some of our wishingwell web pages - they no longer belong to wishingwellholistictherapies - do not be mislead. If you wish to contact Wishing Well for any of our therapies please do so via this blog or via Sharon's webpage at Neal's Yard - below.

About Me

Graham
Buckingham, Bucks, United Kingdom
If you are stressed or suffering from a whole host of different issues or problems, let me help. I've got loads of techniques and different ways to help you. Here are a few testimonials:- Dear Graham, I thought you might like to know that I have now lost 2 stone in weight, since I first came to visit you. I am feeling great, and enjoying my new self. My eating habits have changed considerably, and I have settled nicely into this way of eating sensibly. Many thanks for your help. VM Bletchley "Despite being very nervous, I found the environment created by Graham to feel both secure and relaxing. The sessions were extremely helpful and the time Graham spent doing research into my condition was much appreciated and I'm sure helped me progress more quickly than if I had just received a more general treatment. I found the sessions to be very much patient led and never felt under any pressure to continue with treatments any longer than necessary." Good Luck! LE Milton Keynes If you are in the North Bucks area do make me your first port of call for anything to do with hypnotherapy, EFT, reiki and nutritional topics.

A Poem from St Augustine

Wonder... People travel to wonder at the height of mountains, at the huge waves of the sea, at the long courses of rivers, at the vast compass of the ocean, at the circular motion of the stars; And they pass by themselves without wondering.

Stress control?

Evidently, the sound of the Sitar is extremely relaxing and is excellent for reducing anxiety states and inducing relaxation. Something to do with the beat of the music/instrument slowing down the beat of the heart and the breathing rate of the listener. Ravi Shankar "the Sounds of India" is an excellent introduction and is available from amazon.co.uk
