Seriously bad customer service : Lipsy Milton Keynes

Be careful if you are shopping in Lipsy at Milton Keynes - my daughter chose a dress that was marked as £60 now £30 (sale price) however when she got to the counter the £30 was a 'mistake' and they wouldn't honour it. Though legally correct, you would think that they would make an effort with regards to consumer service and happiness, espeically a consumer right at the start of her purchasing life - evidently not, they don't even acknowledge emails: lets see what trading standards have to say with regards to 'the consumer protection from unfair trading regulations 2008'.
