A Great Musician

Stress control?
Evidently, the sound of the Sitar is extremely relaxing and is excellent for reducing anxiety states and inducing relaxation. Something to do with the beat of the music/instrument slowing down the beat of the heart and the breathing rate of the listener. Ravi Shankar "the Sounds of India" is an excellent introduction and is available from amazon.co.uk
